We are very confident that you will be tail-wagging happy with our Wares, but occasionally, there may be an issue with something.  We ask that you sit and stay for a moment while we explain our guidelines.  There'll be a treat later!

We are a small business that utilizes a made-to-order business model on several of our Wares.  This means that we work with production partners to produce the Wares as they are ordered.  This way, we don't hold inventory of those Wares which allows us to keep our costs lower.  Our Wares are produced by a variety of suppliers worldwide.  We order samples to check the quality before offering them to you.  

We offer the following guarantee:  When you order from us, you can expect to receive the Wares quickly and without any defects.  If an item arrives damaged, has a print defect, or if you received the wrong item, we would offer a replacement or a refund.  

You will need to send us an email along with photos of the damage (including the packaging) within 5 calendar days of receipt.  Please put "Return" in the subject line.  Send your email to care@wienerdogwares.com

If you are completely unhappy with the item, send us an email and let us know.  We want you to be totally pleased with our Wares.  We will do our best to make that happen!  Please contact us before requesting a chargeback from your payment method.  We appreciate the opportunity to provide you with quality products and excellent customer service!  However, please be aware that we are not able to refund or replace personalized products unless they are defective.

And the treat?  If you received the wrong item, you get to keep it! FREE!!
