Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your wares, but occasionally, things don't go as expected.  We will refund or replace a product that is damaged or not as ordered.  However, because several of the products are printed to order, we are not able to refund products where you simply changed your mind. 

For damaged or not as ordered products, we require photos of the item as it was received.  We will then be able to contact our suppliers and order a replacement or provide a refund.  Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.  We will provide a shipping label if we need you to return a product to us.
